Who We Are
Karlei Stockbridge established Elite Landscape Construction (ELC) in 2011. In the last decade, our team has worked throughout California, with over 25 school districts, and on more than 275 jobs. In addition to our working radius, with the support of ELC, each of our team members has consistently invested in themselves. Over three-quarters of the ELC crew are fully apprenticed, OSHA certified, and up-to-date on CPR/First Aid Training and various equipment certifications.
